These quiches are a cheats version - so easy and quick, yet so fluffy and delicious! Give them a go for breakfast or lunch!
Ingredients
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 cup cream
1.5 cups diced bacon
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup self raising flour
1 onion, finely diced
1/2 tspn crushed garlic
1 tbpsn melted butter
2 tbspns fresh parsley
salt and pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Place onion and bacon in a small bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes (told you it was quick!) until cooked.
Drain the moisture and add butter.
Place all ingredients including the bacon mixture into a larger bowl and stir well. Place mixture in greased pans, sprinkle with parsley and cook for 35 mins or until firm and browned.
Makes around 12
